Alam Shah Hassan is a Malaysian writer, poet and designer. As a
writer and poet, he started his writings on opinion writings and poetry
back in 2002. He had continued on his passion for writings as there
were remarkable responds, fine complementary and feedback from the
internet communities for his writings and poems submitted over several
of the international sites.
Most of his writings on poetry are
free verse and structured poetry and that his writing style and mood
differs from one to another. He has the tendency to paint with words in
what seemingly resembling pictures and figures on white sheet of papers
in which he refers to as the canvas of life. He hopes that the readers
would be content with his writings and in somewhat way gain some
benefits from it although there might be shortcomings.
Being a
natural and a self taught artist, he decided to continue writing to
benefit society as a whole through his writings to channel out his
poetic thoughts and expressions. He is still learning and enthralling
the art of poetry writing through his motto ‘Together We Shall Grow
Poetically’. He is also a member of the ‘World Poets Society’ by
invitation and to several other sites such as ‘United World Poets’,
‘Talent Seekers’ and ‘Poetrydances’ among others.
He is also
experienced in script writing for the local television documentaries
and is also actively involved in poetry, essay and opinion writing to
several of the English and Malay sites. He has numerous complimentary
invitations to write and also to publish his writings by many of the
international magazines, site owners and publishers.
